Can’t breathe through your nose or your mouth?

We’ve asked Martine, from @checkedinworld, to teach you how to use the doTERRA Easy Air essential oil!

Easy Air Essential Oil

First, we feel ya! It’s been an especially wild cold & flu season this year. The winter weather has been bone chilling cold & dry in Ontario.

Easy Air by doTERRA is a therapeutic-grade essential oil. Its job is to help heal and sooth. It contains laurel leaf, eucalyptus, peppermint, ravensera, cardamom, camphor, tea tree and lemon essential oils. These oils offer a refreshing and relaxing aroma. This blend can be used in an aromatherapy diffuser, or applied topically on the bottoms of the feet, the back or the chest.

It’s minty, fresh & airy and it’s honestly an oil that will deliver a “church bell” experience when you’re needing something to bring relief. The struggle is real and sometimes eucalyptus on its own just isn’t enough. Peppermint, lemon, camphor and tea tree to add to the relaxation of symptoms. According to the Essential Life book by Total Wellness Publishing, ravensara has anti-viral, anti-bacterial, expectorant and muscle relaxant effects.

Can’t sleep because you’re too congested or because you’re just sore from coughing too much? Diffuse a few drops of Easy-Air for calm & restful sleep.

Want to learn how to use this oil? Here’s pretty awesome video prepared by Martine, Essential Oil Educator and Natalie’s (Vibe co-owner) twin sister Martine :-D
